really? Pips are not new and have been around since the start of sales. So what’s your “inside” information big guy? That PIPs are going out? Good one. News flash they have always been around and are “coming”

Wrong. If PIPs were not as common here as before, it will be now. The directive is coming directly from the top. There is an expectation on AGMs to put reps on PIPs after an unjustified lack of performance after each 90-day evaluation period. Like I said, this will be an across the board thing coming directly from BA himself.
 






You clearly don’t understand the AGMs role. It will be your coworkers who will get on your ass about performance. Everyone’s IC is tied to it. The AGM is not your manager and will bring in HR for intervention and your coworkers will cheer as the door closes behind you.

Never sign a PIP.

That is the only thing you need to know. It is a stupid thing to do. Just let them fire you.

Afterwards, if they fired you without a good reason, call the best attorney in your area that handles these cases and sue the crap out of them.

HR Doesn’t care if you sign a PIP. Most people don’t get fired without a cause. If you’re stealing, or being dishonest on your expense report, you will be fired. If not, HR gives people ample time to show progress on being productive. The only one that wins in lawsuits are the attorneys.

Fired! lol that’s hilarious HR at Bayer is the worst. The only way to get fired from here is to mess up with your corporate card or false expense reports. You can be non compliant, not make any calls, insubordinate to your AGM, report your AGM multiple times and bury them in logistics and NEVER even get a written warning. Bayer HR is in fear of firing people yet they lay off. So keep doing you because AGMs have no power and HR or Complaine won’t do anything about it!
