Oral Beraprost has been put out to pasture. It is now pushed to an injectable but that will not be for several years.
What is in the pipeline? Can Lung grow w out a new drug? As much as imanagement says the generic will have little effect, the reality is $4 generics will win with all community MDs.
 












Lung S/M will be next, the sales reps and management needed beraprost to justify their existence. sad part is that on da UT side, they are still holding out weaiting for oral to be approved, bad days are ahead for both sides, jump ship while you still can

The PAH market is going to be changing dramatically with generics on the horizon! Smaller sales forces, if any in the next 5 years.
 






Sounds like everyone has given up.... Selling against generic's is hard as hell, but it's been done.. I know alot of reps in that battle now... It can work, but the company needs to lower or at least not raise goals because the market can't support that growth when you compete with generic's....
