I heard the pip count is growing by the second. Is it true there is at least one rep per region on a pip? That is what I heard last week.

There are 2 reps in Texas that would say otherwise. PIPs are definitely on the rise.

Just ask Patty Palmer. Since Eddie and Amanda were let go she has been on the ass of the RBDs that have reps on pips to get them out. The woman is out for blood with these underperforming reps to impress her new boss. Yikes!

Patty “the axe” Palmer needs to start putting underperforming RBDs on PIPs as well. They are by far and away the weakest links around this place. She also needs to investigate Jimmy Shortcakes’ wife who writes all his RXs down in the blue grass state.

Reps that have been here over a year or two and stay at the bottom 20% quarter after quarter after quarter should be out, they know it, we know it and the reps know it!

I just had a teammate get put on an OIP. I guess that is Leo’s version of a PIP? Anyone, I was just wondering if these actions are picking up across the nation as my numbers are flat and I am getting nervous.

PIPs sure are getting hot in Dallas and Houston. Makes sense because of the lousy reps that work in those places. I heard JJ and AN are in the chopping block…

Total mess in Texas. Apparently GG hired a bunch of people that are known for playing the system and not working. Plus with Golden JR’s lack of intelligence and basic insight, I am sure his hires had a field day taking advantage of him and not working on the regular. Too bad!
