Yes, some territories have 2 reps and others have 3 reps. They will pilot this for at least 6 months before implementing throughout company. Nobody was layed off or fired. They merge territories and move reps around to other neighboring territories without a choice when reps leave.

This has been in the works for quite some time. 2 reps, in some cases less. Forest is finally listening to outside consultants and systematically chopping down the share of voice model and going to the best and cheapest.... be careful. Make sure you are entering that first call at 8am and last call at 430. DM's are being asked to run a tighter shop on the metrics as this sweep moves from region to region....only the box checkers will remain, which usually are the weakest reps trying to hide ineptness with activity. Forest will be left with a bunch of cheerleaders and bagel boys and pom pom girls. It is happening as we speak. This is why For pays the lowest base in the biz.

GReat post, 100% true. The "pilot program" is a shady way of saying continued firings for the 2-3 reps per district as Forest does not want to pay unemployment bene's for a large downsize and will continue the stealth firing and managing out of small groups every few weeks via documentation from field rides, time stamps, sample variances, exp. report question marks, pod gossip, and back stabbing.....
 






























Yes...this is true. An honest ( yes I know it's unbelievable ) DM let me know that the So. Cal. region is right behind. Thank heaven I have built a good enough relationship with him that I can get the truth. The facts: 1)Time stamps running rampant 2)You better be on spot on with your samples 3) KPI's - most important / insignificant job duty that you have to master if you want to make it through this mess.

Selling in front of the doctor....forget it. Only if you have a DM on you for a field ride, you must perform to satisfaction. Don't even need to to kill it. Just cross your "I"s and dot your "T"s

If you want to stay with this prostate cancer of a company - and if you do you must be sick, follow the golden rules of micromanagement. Samples, calls/day, budgets, etc.

Don't even worry about doing what you get paid for - selling. That is inconsequential.

Be your laptop's best friend and live in your sample unit for the next 6 months - you just might make it. I'm going for it - my DM told me so!!!!
 






It will not be happening in other states for a good 6-12 months after they see how it goes in MA and MN. It's actually a good business move for forest and eventually will be going on in more states.
 


















Oh boy, this is awkward....I guess Karen is waiting until after the meeting next week to announce it to the metro region. It's not everyone, just the territories below Harlem in Manhattan, Great Neck, and Huntington on the island.
