I was just granted the greatest gift ever. I have been looking over a year to leave this horrible , evil, company. They lie about caring about the patient. Being in sales for 10 years I have never been so disappointed in a company and how they treat women. Definately a very very harmful, demoralized company. Thank God I start a new company in 3 weeks for a large pharma company. This company has no leadership. I am so happy next week when i give notice. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE at this place. Morphosys motivates their people through feat and control. Joe horvat is a joke in the industry and has destroyed this organization. The executive engagements are a joke. Our customers don't care what a narcacist says to them. Look at the turnover in this company. Joe has ran off every key person that made a difference. We fail with this idiot and we will fail with pola. Maybe you weren’t welcome at Morphosys because of the quality of your work? It seems to me anyone who would submit a post with misspellings and incorrect words takes no pride in their workmanship.

I love working at Morphosys as well as many of my female colleagues. Joe and Ramsey have been a very good addition to the leadership of this company and I look forward to many more enjoyable years!
