RG and upper management,

it’s 2020 and I challenge you to hire for the NE AD position a white male that is personal friends with the majority of the managers on the team. EOE is the law and this is a company not a fraternity. This is the USA not a good ole boys club. Leslie, make note because the law suits will be justified. MK was high fiving in Texas this week with exuberant confidence and I overheard him on the phone with one of his buddy rm’s. Very unprofessional and a huge problem. No one inside believes he is the right fit. Vote white, fraternity captain. I dare you.

I agree! He should get the SSR input. He will not get the same caliber of leader of md if that pompous man gets it. This entire company is a frat house and the SSR does the most
 






Attaii told me his manager told him thAt mk is a sure win - pat f was pissed this week and she said he isn’t qualified or a good leader and would be bad for the area.
 






Why did they fly us to Texas and then in a week we have to go to NYC for a repeat of the meeting and to get treated like a child as they examine everything we say. Is this tw’s idea? I’m not impressed.
 






What exactly is an AD needed for? They don’t do anything and a new one coming in to micro manage the area is going to increase turnover especially the yoda looking candidate
