Phone Interview-Ventiv any tips?

Hi,

I have a phone interview with a recruiter from Ventiv. Does anyone have any tips that has gone through this process? Not sure what to expect as all phone interviews are different. Thanks for your help!

Just an increadibly horribly run company. I have not encountered one person who knows what they are doing there. Their "recruiters" are complete morons and have no idea what they are doing. But it is a job (if you dont have one already) So I hope it went well and you can at least look for something more stable if you work for them.
 




If you are truly interested in pharma as a career and are DESPARATE to get in, go contract. You should know that contract reps are not respected in field by other reps and are ignored by the hiring company. They are considered sample droppers and only interact with hiring co. reps when dictated by management. Benefits suck, pay is average for a newbie, and don't expect unemployment when the contract ends. You couldn't be picking a worse time to get into the industry, ALL companies have cut reps in total by about 50% - and that's a conservative estimate. You'll be competing with seasoned pros with results for even the undesirable contract jobs. Sounds gloom and doom - but it really is!
