Has anyone ever done this before? Who would hire someone they have never met in person? I understand the time restraint and financial reasons but wont the DM's be SHOCKED once they meet his/her team at training???
Just another example of how far pharma "sales" has come..
If you can legally work in the USA, have a clean driving record, some sort of college degree, speak clearly without slurring your words then you're just as qualified as the next person looking to come aboard.
So are you saying you aren't qualified and shouldn't have gotten the job because you didn't go through the dog and pony show? My resume stands for itself and they knew how well qualified I am. Personally, I thought it was professional and thorough. I had 4 interviews before getting the offer. If I lied....I'd be fired. No way.
Exactly. And then the DM finds out that you are black and he's pissed.
When the ad reads "2-6 years experience" it means no older, experienced reps need apply. They cannot legally print "no one over 30 need apply".
