Phil probably did not want to move to home office. Can you blame him? The mafia runs this place as you can see the home office is pretty tight. They continue to f up but no one gets the boot! Hmmm!

What qualifies him as best RD in your mind. His numbers haven't been there all year. With that logic, BH should have been NSD. And that would have been a mistake.

That is debatable. She says she quit, the company said she was fired. Who knows the truth?

And no, she would absolutely not have made a good NSD. She was brought along too fast and put into too many jobs that she was not ready for. She always stirred the pot. AN NSD needs to act the part. Does anyone at this company even qualify?

So what you are telling me is that her knowing that the layoffs were coming and if she would have stayed she would have received a severance but instead she quits 3 days before. C'mon?? Also, you really think she was questioning the company morals. They wanted to let her go when she went to OPs. Do you really think she wanted to travel weekly NJ and live in a hotel and be away from her family.
