If an artist's music stands the test of time, then they have achieved true greatness. The Everly Brothers have passed that test and then some. Even today when their music and songs are played I still listen in amazement at the quality of their harmony. They also influenced some of the greatest musicians who came after them.

I'll never forget the times I heard them and saw them. What many don't know is on most songs, they both sang a harmony part (sort of a parallel harmony) leaving the lead line implied. They were unique and will be forever imbedded in my mind.
