Phathom has paid nice severance packages to some that have spoken up to HR. Just FYI.

Whether it’s a poor work environment, no history of documented poor performance prior to your PIP, immeasurable PIP components, no reports of national average, having a component such as “attempted writers” “attempted rx’s” judged via FIA data that is withheld by upper management, an abusive manager etc.
