DM's heading to homeoffice this week for their "meeting". They have to let go some of the sales force. Just makes business sense. Had over 100 reps promoting 5 products now we have only 2 product and only focusing primarily on dermatology?!? Sad because we have heard nothing!
Also love how our new leaders said in an email, "We realize there will be more resignations if the economy were better." Yeah thats reassuring...thanks home office!!

Where are we to go? Wait on the unemployment line with the Graceway or Dermik reps? My numbers are good. If yours aren't, then you don't deserve to have the job anyway.
 




Yeah man if your numbers are bad hope you are one of the ones that get let go. There are some of us that need this job. I can't move to another job because all I have is pharma experience. And recruiters look at my job as "not selling" when they know PBMs and rebate cards drive the market. So my numbers are great and won't leave this job until they let me go!!
 








What is the latest with Layoffs rumor? I get the feeling that things are good and that we are heading in a good direction as of late. I would understand consolidating a few territories with multiple reps, but not 50%.
 












rumors are true. Layoff is happening today. Just got a call from manager and gave me the news that I am safe and have a job, but others aren't so lucky. Sorry to those who got bad news.
 




Yep it is true - heard that reps in at least three states were laid off today. I know one of them. Does anyone know how many on this "go round"? How many reps are now left?

Well glad I got laid off in a way...but sucks that I only have pharma experience. I can't get into medical sales since recruiters will not push me forward because of my pharma experience.
