Anyone know which pharmacies Pharmacy Solutions randomizes scripts to or how that process works?

They use an excel spreadsheet with a list of accredited specialty pharmacies that can dispense, select which of those pharmacies apply to patient's insurance... and hit F9 to randomize

Yes, this is true. Check with one of you home office contacts in Commercial Analysis (or whatever it's called now a days), they will verify. It's been that way since the start of Walmart Pharmacies.
