Pharmacy Kickbacks

I worked in the pharma industry and I know that it's illegal for big pharma reps to give kickbacks to the doctor for writing there drugs, you can't even give pens any more.
However, if there is a position for a sales rep to recruit for a pharmacy to do compounding prescriptions, is that legal for them to give them something? I would think this is ok to do, but didn't know if this rule only applied to big pharma companies?
Thanks.

First of all, it is "their."
Second of all, Google "federal anti-kickback statutes."
Third, if you have to Google "federal anti-kickback statutes" you should probably give up this line of work and go sell sweaters at The Gap.
Fourth, your post really does not make a lot of sense. Just so you are aware.
Hope this helps.
