G&M is looking to hire Pharmaceutical Marketing Auditor (Contractor), in the following areas:
· San Francisco,
· San Diego,
· Los Angeles,
· Nevada,
· Virginia,
· North Carolina,
· Ohio,
· Colorado
The contractor will be responsible for performing ride-a-long audits with pharmaceutical sales representatives and speaker program audits with pharmaceutical sales representatives and hired speakers as needed by G&M. The contractor will be remotely located from the company in their current domicile and may select available auditing opportunities in their area. There may be opportunities to travel beyond local area for auditing as the need arises.
The ideal contractor is an experienced medical science liaison, district sales manager, pharmacovigilance director, pharmaceutical compliance director or comparable position. The ideal contractor is experienced with performing ride-a-long audits and speaker program audits. The ideal contractor is highly knowledgeable about the false claims act, anti-kickback statute, Starks law, Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA), HIPAA, and all other relevant statutes and regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Conduct ride-a-long and speaker program audits for the pharmaceutical industry.
· Prepare audit reports and input the information into the company system.
· Conduct ad hoc consulting and/or internal audits, as requested.
· Travel within a radius of domicile.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred
· Further relevant education, experience and certifications preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years relevant auditing or pharmaceutical compliance experience.
· Utmost integrity, professionalism and expertise required.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer skills must be sufficient to fulfill reporting duties.
