Only serious replies please. What is the approximate starting pay for the above mentioned open position? I have been in pharma for over a year and make a base salary of $73,500. Does Novo offer a stronger base salary?

You shouldn't have a shot at this with only one year of pharma experience. Wait for the local DCS to get promoted and then go for the DCS (Primary care) position. You will be a fish out of water if you get into that team with only 1 year of pharma. And the manager of that team has lost 5 or 6 of her team in the last 2 years. Not real stable.

Regarding pay, most reps that are E's make between 85 and 105. Based on what they came in with. You probably could get a bump close to 80 if you're making 73.

I think the DCS rep got the promotion and now there is an opening for DCS on LIsland.... Anyone know if it has been filled yet or when they are interviewing? How's the DBM?
