Pfizer To Cut 225 Jobs In France As Part Of Reorganization

U.S.-based drug maker Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world by sales, plans to cut 225 jobs in France as part of a reorganization, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.

The company currently employs 1,493 workers in France, spokeswoman Sonia Braham said. The company will release further information later, she added.

Pfizer operates a production plant in central France.
