Pfizer Vaccine Postings

There are postings on Pfizer for Vaccine positions. I believe that there were Publicis reps on a 1 year contract for Pfizer for Vaccines. Do those reps have to apply for the positions like anyone else? You would think that if someone has been doing the job for a year they would be rolled over into the position. Is that not happening? Or are these positions an expansion? I am on contract with Pfizer in primary care and interested in seeing how this was handled.
 






We were told what to expect at the Publicis town hall at the Vaccines POA. We were told the jobs would post and that vaccine or primary care experience is desired. Also told that experience using CUE is preferred so training could be faster. Overall, I was surprised that Pfizer and Publicis would give us advance notice. Better than I expected given what I read about "P4".

So, you were told your contract has ended and now you can apply for the job and interview like anyone else after working in the position for a year?
 






Pfizer is posting for vaccine positions now.. I have also seen that they have restructured business units: vaccines to include oncology and consumer healthcare. Can anyone tell me what products the rep will be carrying then? Vaccines and pharmaceuticals or just vaccines as posting appears to be?

PS, I am a troll paid by the competition and I need your help to get information beyond what I can see in the career postings..and I want it fast and for free ...I have to fill out my reports and answer competitor product managers questions...must make my deadline and earn my high fees...please help
