I dont think that is true... but if it is have you had your head shoved up your butt? Take a look at what's going on in NY state... Look at the state tax rate. We tried a corporate inversion the last years of Obama. And that's just the beginning of a failed experiment courtesy of current government of NY. It's a shithole that everyone is trying to leave as fast as possible. It's just business. ie. Amazon. Why operate where your hated? It would be karma if they left....

I seriously doubt it is true, but I so wish it was. Get rid off all the NYC lawyers we employ as part of the move...
