Pfizer (NYSEFE) is up against what might be a money grabbing lawsuit brought by grocery chains and drugstores Kroger (NYSE:KR), Walgreen (NYSE:WAG), Safeway (NYSE:SWY), and others, that alleges Pfizer
conspired with India’s Ranbaxy Laboratories to deliberately delay sales of generic versions of Lipitor.

Wouldn't it be great if Pfizer could cut off all supply of our brand and Greenstone generics to these pharmacy chains? What a bs lawsuit.

I thought Pfizer "paid off" generic companies to delay the launch of their generic atorvastatin?

I'm on generic simvistatin and Lipomed numbers look Great!

See how managed care responded to pfizer when simva went generic.
FU big blue .. want to play hard ball with the big boys?
Take your contract back to NY & start a bonfire.
You don't have exclusivity any more.
Perhaps a more humane approach to contracting would have served you better.
