Pfizer (NYSE:pFE) is up against what might be a money grabbing lawsuit brought by grocery chains and drugstores Kroger (NYSE:KR), Walgreen (NYSE:WAG), Safeway (NYSE:SWY), and others, that alleges Pfizer
conspired with India’s Ranbaxy Laboratories to deliberately delay sales of generic versions of Lipitor.

Wouldn't it be great if Pfizer could cut off all supply of our brand and Greenstone generics to these pharmacy chains? What a bs lawsuit.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
pfizer has been pissing off customers for decades.
See how managed care responded to pfizer when simva went generic.
FU big blue .. want to play hard ball with the big boys?
Take your contract back to NY & start a bonfire.
You don't have exclusivity any more.
Perhaps a more humane approach to contracting would have served you better.

For many years, Pfizer was considered by many payers and customers as the Big Blue Bully. Looks like things are catching up with them, huh?

What goes around, comes around; it always does.
