It would be great for some of us to share our thoughts and feelings regarding the cuts in the PAXLOVID/Comirnaty/Prevnar/Lucira contract. I feel that there were lies and misrepresentation regarding the situation up until the fateful Friday calls. How about you?

Regional manager said it’s not signed last week in spite of CF alluding to all of us having jobs thru 2024. Dont beleive a word they say

Any other tea leaves we can read if there will be notice of contract ending? Do t they have to post 60 day notice to state r not valid for contract companies?

I'm in the west and we had a call with our Regional and someone asked the question so they had to address it

WARN does not apply to contract. It is easier all the way around to hire, fire, reorganize contract reps over brand company reps. That is why contract companies came into existence in the late 90’s.

No big announcement contract signed..coupled with Pfizer earnings and closing of 3 of their locations my guess is the Pax team is done
