Pfizer announces smaller severance packages

Announced last week! Don't expect much on your next severance,as Takeda is always looking for reasons to screw you!! If Pfizer does it,all the rest wil follow!!!!

Who cares you greedy bastard! If you make it until September without getting laid off, you've still made more than those who were severed with a package back in January. Just be happy your still working, always plan ahead for the worst and be thankful for what you've got.

I happen to own a small profitable business and I avoid hiring free loading employees like you with the entitlement mentality! Please rethink your position, or quit and go work somewhere else!! Think it's so easy, go start your own gig and then give everyone a severance including yourself.

Chill out man! This person was just being informational! EVERYONE has to start thinking about themselves,because Takeda is just thinking about their own needs. Also,VERY hard to be thankful for anything from the new Takeda because we have been shown that we are al just a number!
