BEWARE— if you started with Pfizer before 2017 when they started including 2yr Non Competes in their employment contract offers, ANY and ALL countered or matched offers from other companies include a 2 YEAR NON-COMPETE clause thus handcuffing you into Pfizer.

Totally Fing brilliant strategy by your VP Lotz. The best Xeljanz reps are the ones before 2015 and do NOT have a non-compete so excellent way to rope them into a non-compete.
This is probably why he is matching for a division with no pipeline or future.
Give it up to Mr Lotz, hand well played.

The first 24 were good, the last 15 miserable. Done with the bullshit, lies, and
being treated like a 12 yr old by a company and a manager.... female ....who act and think like 5 yr. olds.
Pension is great, medical sucks.

So we should believe Pfizer soooo desperate to keep sales reps from leaving...when the industry is flooded with out of work sales reps and Pfizer is in the beginning of a 20% across the board workforce reduction? You losers crack me up...

You losers who have little to no connection to the company, who pretend to know what the company is doing, who spout provably wrong information all crack me up.

It also saddens me to know that there are those who are on the outside looking in, wishing they were in and perhaps are also lonely and desperate, that having nothing at all better to do than to trash talk a company.
 




Unenforceable/invalid in many states, check your local laws. Very difficult to enforce even where they are technically still legal. These covenants are crony-capitalist anti-worker garbage.

wrong, I am in HQ, know exactly what the company is doing. Which is why I know all of this bluster is bs. It also doesn't take much research to get a picture of what is happening in industry, with respect to sales it has been happening for years...numbers are dwindling, especially in sales as digital take over and Covid clearly demonstrates the minimum value reps add to revenue...want to guess which HQ group I work in?

Must be in the C suite. You talk like you know the whole picture and very few in HQ know what the person a couple of doors down the hall is doing to say the least what is happening across all divisions, in the field and across the market.

The other option is that you’re full of crap and making it all up but since that never happens on CP...
