Totally Fing brilliant strategy by your VP Lotz. The best Xeljanz reps are the ones before 2015 and do NOT have a non-compete so excellent way to rope them into a non-compete.
This is probably why he is matching for a division with no pipeline or future.

You losers who have little to no connection to the company, who pretend to know what the company is doing, who spout provably wrong information all crack me up.

It also saddens me to know that there are those who are on the outside looking in, wishing they were in and perhaps are also lonely and desperate, that having nothing at all better to do than to trash talk a company.
 




Unenforceable/invalid in many states, check your local laws. Very difficult to enforce even where they are technically still legal. These covenants are crony-capitalist anti-worker garbage.

Must be in the C suite. You talk like you know the whole picture and very few in HQ know what the person a couple of doors down the hall is doing to say the least what is happening across all divisions, in the field and across the market.
