Today the Mayo Clinic said data from June shows Pfizer's vax only 42% effective versus the stronger duel variant Delta.
And June Delta was isolated to just the SE.
By August will be 20% and will validate what all other countries who have had Delta for 4-6 months have said..... it doest work against new variants.
It was designed for a much weaker and single variant, not the newer double & triple variants.
Sad thing is Pfizer knew the Middle East & UK data of 20%s vs Delta was accurate because in March they started trials on 3rd shot targeted specifically toward Delta , but all the while trying to debunk other countries delta data saying 2 shot vax was also 90% vs delta.
