fantastic, some more housekeeping and the sucker might be saleable...
super sad....TG was an inspiration and it was an honor to work for him. He actually cared about the patients and his people. Huge loss....
He brought in MB and therefore he will not be missed. Now both are gone. Don't let the door hit you too hard on the way out!

Both firings were justified. PF created a reign of terror, made several questionable personnel moves (promotions and pushing people out). She was a liability to the company and failed to acknowledge those who were really driving the business.
TG was lucky he stayed on as long as he did. Hans wanted him gone after 2010 debacle where he demonstrated immense lack of leadership. He did a great job of keeping people at DNDN when they should have otherwise left the company.
Company probably better off without TG and PF but changed won't make a difference in bottom line results.

TG was good guy and the vision he had for the company was cool. Unfortunately, Hans and Varoon were total morons and basically tied his hands with their incompetent, big Pharma BS ideas. There are more that need to go in the DM ranks....those brought in by Ball etc ....but TG isn't your problem.
T is not our problem as he is finally gone, it took too long as good people were effected and left under him. Cant understand the "cool" vision, unless you are referring to the party and not the business. He could talk the talk but was inept along with who he reported to as it relates to business.
Now that Peg is gone how long before that moron of a DSM in NYC is booted out. Howdy Doody makes him look smart. Surprised he's been allowed to stay this long. So long, Richie Cunningham. Your days are numbered.
Why the hate towards this DSM? He is a great guy and really cares about his reps.

Well look at the managers she had under her- PS-NYC, SM- Philadelphia, KG- Northeast. None of them had the experience to even interview for the position they have much less get the job. But PF hired them because she could control them and they would parrot anything she wanted without thinking for themselves. Agree with PF's DSM team. None of these three clowns would ever have gotten a DSM job at a real company. PSullivan was hired as a rep at Dendreon covering CT territory. Few days later he was asked to take over NYC team. What a joke! SM was another mercy hire by PF. She had no business running the Philly team. No experience, period, end! KG hire was also a joke. PF was too lazy to find a bonafide oncology DSM and promoted him. Joke!
All three have one thing in common. They checked what ever brain and soul they had at he door and did whatever PF wanted them to do. No guts by any of them.
