The next Yes Man to depart. He was the best Yes man of them all. He tried so hard to bring the candied walnuts and Brie cheese to the party. Add in his desire to make you think he cared about your well being and family.

Oh and those long winded I am going in vacation emails

Like we all worked for a Swiss chocolate company or something or a vineyard

Yea time you pack up and head back to Monte Blanc or Geneva or Zimbabwe where it all began.

Sell your candied nuts there. Hahahaha

That's irrelevant, but if you must know ...then you're an idiot.

The way these deals are constructed, they can be made to look any way that anyone wants. So it doesn't matter - but if you want to, man-up and call him to find out yourself.

What matters is that the core assets of this company are leaving. We all know it's not the products here that sell, it's all the people behind them.

This place is about pennies into profits. When have you ever heard anyone mention the real 'p' word: patients.

Not gonna happen here.

Jerry SP, Jason M, George M, MareLynn F and John P all announced their leaving last week/this week. There were two others a couple of weeks ago, Brian M and Jason W.
Huge signal to the organization.

The Company is trying to closely manage this week's resignations because it's hitting hard and looking bad. HR doesn't know how to handle this, so in typical SUN fashion, we have had zero communication. It's so funny, everyone knows, but HR and Abhay have had no discussions with any affected teams nor have there been any announcements - they're like deer in headlights. My bet is either they'll stick their heads in the sand and say nothing, or, they'll say, well, they weren't right for the organization.

We'd all call BS on that, because with so many people leaving in such a short period of time, how can you not look in the mirror and say 'maybe it's me' (India). And, there's more to come - people are just sitting back, waiting for the best external opportunity.

There's not a single leader still here who's not actively in a search. And their direct reports are interviewing as well. But regardless, none of us are really engaged - we know we'll be moving on in the next 30-60 days.

So Abhay has no 'list' - people are firing him by saying f-you, I'm outta here. That's the talk every day now.

I've spoken to a couple of recruiters, and they say if you're at SUN more than 18 months, you're reputation will be tied to the failure under current Executive leadership (read: India). Future employers will accept your leaving up until about that mark before tagging you fully as 'SUN'.

Not that it's needed, but that's insightful and motivating.

Don't know where either are heading but what is going on in the home office ? Everyone is leaving.

There are three VP or BU heads left ? ... and I'm sure they're looking.
