can someone please answer the question as to why Peter Crowley or ANY of upper management are aloud to stay in their jobs? None of them do a god damned thing and they aren’t fired. WTF is going on here?

This whole organization is a fucking ponzi sham tree.
Everyone but the bottom row of the tree- (sales TM's, & ATM's) do nothing and wait for the cash to be pushed up hill.
No new products, embarrassing comp plan, no R&D, heavy bullshit micromanagement, very poor morale.

Does anyone have an explanation as to why no one in top management gets a pink slip?
They do NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING.

It certainly isn't making Olympus a market leader, or improving market share, or improving employee morale or our disgusting comp plan.

Things will never change for the better at Olympus. It is an awful company to work as a sales rep for.
Make your decisions accordingly.
I resigned March 1st, after 8 years with Olympus. It’s time for me & my family to leave this negativity behind us.
