Rep with Genoptix here. Just how often did PeteBob have their DM's work with you? My DM is in the field with reps four or five days a week. We get coaching forms each ride. Was this PeteBob's expectations here?

At cypress we had DMs in the field 4 days per week usually. Two days with each rep. Received field coach reports which were generally canned responses and totally unrepresentative of our responsibilities. It was miserable & a total waste of travel expenses.

You're not a Genoptix rep but rather the same disgruntled Cypress rep that's been complaining right along about not being able to get a job.
