How can one prepare for the personality test? Are there any websites? No negative remarks. I've done all the research.

Honestly? Unless you are unemployed, you really don't want to work here. Just read a few of the thousands of posts. Although you would typically not rely on the few negative people on these boards, this crap here is real and won't be getting better anytime soon. If you don't have a job or are on a PIP with your current employer, don't come here. The LifeVest side is most likely the worst med device company to work for. They don't really care about their people and don't seem to care about the 50% turnover.
