It’s not you. It’s Genentech and their management. If they have a sea of empty cubicles in a department. Then the management is weak and they are getting run over by their subordinates. A sign of a very good manager is that they are on top of things. They know where their workers are at all time. They make sure everyone is hitting their mark. And most importantly they can handle drama at a moments notice and resolve it. The key point. No drama. Team work makes the dream work. But with Genes Social Justice Warriors that hasn’t happen for a decade. Sadly, everyone is on their own. Don’t trust those you think you are good with because once you turn your back expect to be STABBED.

Stay forever? That’s what’s wrong with a young work force. You don’t know what to fight for. Workers should UNIONIZE. This is a a word management and companies hate, to hear. You need to fight for workers right regardless of what political positions, it’s just for that very reason. That’s true Strength in Numbers. But I wish you the best. There are many opportunities out there.
