They were redundant and over engineered. In the true Zimmer fashion.

Too complicated, Biomet 360 complicated and that says a LOT.

The instrumentation is pretty slick. You can make all the cuts without using pins if you want. The primary conversion option is fantastic. I love the short stems, especially when used with a cone.
