It’s unlikely you’ll make bonus. Ask HR how many sales reps hit goal if you interview. Count on $0. Base pay is average for the industry if you’re benchmarking, No clue on MS rep pay, but should be higher. No company car. A small car allowance, no gas card. Ask about that too if you interview. Raises this year were a measly 2%. The best part is the 401k match of 3%.
