So my wife is HER2+, had breast lumpectomy in late 2010, along w Herceptin and a series of other chemo drugs. A month ago it reappeared in both lungs. She recently began Herceptin, Perjeta, and Docetaxel. I've read about T-DM1. Is there any development of DM1 w Perjeta? Is there any value in doing so? Any other promising drugs or therapies coming down the road?

I'm on here bc I'm a device rep, and know of Cafepharma

sorry pal, we wish you well. We have to be very skeptical as to why you would even choose to post here. Way to many due diligence researchers and the lesser type mopping on these boards

Look up NCCN Guidelines for HER2 + breast cancer to get your answers. Clinicaltrials.gov for your study answers.

Totally understand. As I said, I'm a rep, and wanted to preface that. I also understand this whole cafepharma "world". I was simply hoping by explaining that up front, may help w some insight. I know nothing about the pharma world. But I do know that there are advancements in the ortho world for instance, that you can't find anywhere on line. So I thought I'd ask here.
Thanks for the responses.

sorry, feel for you if true. fact is, aware of too many "researchers" that will talk same talk just to get a conversation starts. One that they can make money on ( aka prove a stitch of worth to their clients) sad but true. Sounds well rehearsed. sorry.

Sounds well rehearsed bc I'm living it. CT was done tues, so it looks like your drugs are working! Thanks

still confused as to why we believe everything we read on CP. True or not, these boards are frequently traveled by those with not the best of intentions. Please do not replace legitimate resources with here-say on CP. Dangerous at best. Our drugs work, yes. Please seek more informed resources to support their efficacy, and our pipeline, when necessary.
