Not knowing anything else, it’s hard to say. Just remember these scales are set up to create fear in you. No matter how well you do in any category it won’t be enough. It is an old school way of managing that still works on some employees. Best way to fight it is to politely ask for reasons why, and look for another job.
 






So I have a theory that our leaders are not reporting all of our sales. I know my territory better than anyone at Abbvie. I have been covering the same area for 10 years and have some solid relationships. I know for a fact that my accounts are purchasing more than is being reported. Before a snarky remark is made, a few of my purchasers have shown me their purchase orders. It’s not a crazy amount but enough to
Cause concern. This place is a toxic cesspool. I am looking elsewhere but amazing these douchebags in leadership act the way they do.
