Look no further than new hires coming in and the new Grim Reaper from HR. Fleming plans on removing these "consultants" asap, let's hope he doesn't wait too long. Reggie Young is a cool guy. But just don't be a lifer with Shire as a rep and an RD. He feels you get too comfortable and then he will turn you over to the lions den after a good amount of time. Watch out!
