People Succeed in Groups

I have read through many of the posts regarding Miraca Life Sciences on Cafe Pharma, and I must admit that I'm surprised by the tone of the posts. I am fairly new to Miraca, but everyone I've met is optimistic, positive and absolutely dedicated. And, after a long career, I am confident that people succeed in groups. I celebrate others' successes, because their success is also likely to help me be successful. Its not a zero-sum game in regard to good fortune: if something good happens to someone else, its not as though that reduces your chance of success. I am dedicated to cheering people on, and when someone needs assistance or guidance, happily providing that needed coaching. And, everyone I've met at Miraca seems to be dedicated to the same principles.
