They used to announce when people left the company but it seems like that is no longer the case. We have to wait until a new roster is published. So, how many reps think they won't be here much longer? I know I am sending out resumes and interviewing with as many companies as I can. I am not picky. Anything is better than this place. The people that think life is good here had better look around them and get out. Look at the managers now, bad news, and then look at what these managers are hiring. It is not the same RC that it was 2 years ago. I imagine the tenured reps of 5 plus years here really see a difference. Does anyone think it is worth staying and thinking it might get better?
 












No, it won't get better...it will be so much worse when CRM and company cell phones are in place. Just think, the $150 for monthly cell phone allowance will be gone and we will be forced to succumb to Big Brother watching our every move. I am already bringing home less this year due to SS increase..and now they are taking this away!?
 






Yes with new CRM and company phone - we are going to be watched all the time. The 150 was nice- I had a good rate plan and a nice phone. Gone! So now I will have to pay for my own phone with my crappy salary. Thanks RC.

I don't see how it will get better. Front office folks are a joke.

I know a rep who recently left and is happy and relieved. I'm thinking I'd like to join them!
 






























Managers here fucking suck. Stupid, unprofessional, incompetent and some have interesting backgrounds such as "kitchen and bathroom salesman" or "fired from MWI glory." What a bunch of slop.
