So true. The loser comment a typical Strativa management response. Probably PT or MF, both trying to save their own asses from the fallout.

Those who leave are losers, those who are left behind are so lucky to work at this shit hole.

Good luck to those moving on, you will be replaced by someone so desperate to be in pharma that they would work here. And thats only because they don't know any better.

Strativa is a wasteland. Get out.

Unless you decide to go and work at RPs new whiskey barn come October you wont know your VP either. And just so you know dipshit I still work here. May not be a pharma glam job but its a job. Every pharma rep can be replaced from a sales point of view. Unfortunately we have lost more than the sales aspect with the recently departed. I will continue to do my job here until I find a better one. I am definately looking!!!!!
 






Pfizer, Merck, J&J, GSK... We are all just numbers at these places and may never know our VP.

However, what does knowing RP get you at Shitiva... same shit as any of the aforementioned companies but less pay, less benefits, less job security b/c Shitiva can't make money and most important; less educational/ developmental support and idiotic green-faced counterparts with zero work experience!
 
























Morale and why

To all u up top who want to know why we hate working here and are dropping like flies-- lets start with RP- no VM or emails or any communication in months. Always the unknown here at strativa. Last minute POA in sept and again in jan for what? Again no communication from ad or our DMs. No Dst promotions cause they don't want to develop anyone. Too many ppl promoted who are under qualified for their home office position. Home office is future of us but products not covered and who's working in that? Also, what exactly does BH do daily? Not find targets or let us add ppl and get credit for them. Never even hear from LW unless for expense rpt. Are we getting a new product or not? What will TPG do with us? No one does anything over there at wood cliff to support the salesforce. Please someone tell me what ad and rp do every day. The only busy person lately is TB cause all ppl that left. and never consistency here with anything. Strativa in a nutshell

Look at LinkedIn and watch the top scramble to make connections with recruiters. There is no hope for so many in management and above to ever get a job again, Strativa doesn't look good on the resume.
 






Lots of companies are hiring right now and many more reps will be moving out. Can't believe anyone would want to leave after that sweet comp plan they rolled out to motivate the sales force.

I used to work for strativa and have not been on here for months. God, this is the funniest shit I have ever heard... Gotta get on here more often. I was with strativa for just over seven months and I will say the company was an all around joke... And before you manager dicks hit me back with how I couldn't take it, I am making more money and like what I do. Keep the laughs coming.
