Goto www.stocktwits.com and visit the PTX (Pernix) message board. This will be the most fun you had today reading the posts from these individuals that honestly believe the false buyout rumors. Getting so excited on how they will be spending all of the money they make from the buyout that is happening based on the false rumor (blatant pump and lies) being coordinated today by a group of investors.

Like Steve Cohen and all the other institutional investors that just sold all their shares are dumb Wall Street idiots and they (Stocktwits) know more then these professional successful investors. They sincerely are believing and getting excited on that board over a published and stated false rumor. LOL

Well the rumor for rptp seems to be true. The offer for rptp is between $9.0 and $11.00. If you look at their revenue, profit/loss and net cash position Pernix should be able to fetch $3 - $4. We will see

LOL at these Stocktwits novice investors being played big time by professionals. There is NO buyout. It is a false rumor and all of you stocktwitters are falling for it and losing even more money.

Pernix may get bought out but not until they address the big debt issue and have several positive quarters showing their products (drugs) can actually sell for the value they claim it is worth.

The rumor that is about to become true is more stock dilution to raise needed cash to keep company afloat while mgmt. tries to turn it around.

Sorry - no sale is happening anytime soon.

OMG! You're the same guy that keeps on posting here without understanding how the whole industry works. Wether the rumor would be true or not true the policy of EVERY public trading company is to say they that don't comment rumors. So there is no WAY, again I don't care if true or not true, that someone would tell you such thing. You're a miserable troll with no life. You always write the same way so it's pretty easy to see which posts you have here.

Plus there's a good chance that Matt Duffy would not even be aware of any ongoing talks, if any.

Seriously, don't quit your day job...and if it is your day job, very sad.
