like it or not, pyott and the board did exactly what they were mandated to do...they maximized shareholder value...case closed.

Poster sounds juvenile and vulgar. Ironic that he comes off sounding so bitter all the while not realizing that Pyott will never have to work again should he so choose. The poster is more likely in need of employment and money than Pyott.
