PDP for managers

Without having to mention his name, most people in the Southern California region can name this person. This manager can't keep a team together- he just fired another rep with just three months of tenure. His PDP should be turnover rates- he'll probably be on a plan with this pdp because no one respects or likes him on his team. So sad. Does he have anyone on his district with at least a year of tenure? It's ridiculous that he's still around as a manager.
 
























The SoCal region is a joke. Desperate engaged, hardworking, loyal, talented forest employees have been attempting to get executive attention to this region here on CP and by voicing their legitimate concerns for years. Nothing changes so clearly Forest is fine with this joke of a region.

Stop trying to fight it. Put that energy into getting the hell out. It will shock you how much life improves. Corporate does not give two shits.
 












RG did not get along with his team when he was a rep and now continues the trend as a manager. Most have either been fired or has quit. All in a year's time frame. Steer clear folks
 












Not sure why Forest is tolerating RG. A lot of people lined up to become a manager ( yes I said it) and I believe there are still good managers out there. So let's replace this person.
 
























rg is hands down the worst manager in Socal

RG is a perfect example of the SoCal culture. A manager of a territory that would perform the same or better if he didn't exist. Well, if vouchers and emr rxs were scrutinized the whole region's performance would drastically change. A d bag making bank & "winning" year after year. Just like all the vacant spits on the of lust. HELLO? ????
 






He's so annoying at meetings. He talks way too much especially when CS is in the room ( trying hard to impress) but we all see through the bullshit. RG you suck as a manager and all the things you have done here at the company will catch up to you
