PDI will NEVER tell us the contract details: PDI is our PIMP!
PDI gets a portion of our income and pays us pennies compared to their FAT salaries. PDI says who we work for, PDI says when we work, PDI keeps portions of our bonus $$, PDI steals time from our families or the client to fill out endless spreadsheets of data, yet pay Managers to sit at home to approve an online time card and expense reports. Novartis says spend! spend! on lunches and programs....PDI says "NO, Money Makers you have a PDI budget" that's because they are keeping the money.

We lost the money we were getting on our previous car allowance and mileage, and no adjustment was made, but PDI pays us what they want us to have.

Just work "T & T" and get over it... Tuesday through Thursday 10am/2pm.. No one can see MDs anymore so what's the point... just know your detail when your w/ someone...it's all a scam at all levels..

This is probably true. Sad, and true.
Just play the game. That is what we all have to do. Avoid POD selling also at all costs.
 






PDI can't even get an expense reporting system that is user friendly. If you do not have a laptop then you have to go to the library and use a laptop. They do not even want us working on this contract.
 












PDI sold all of us to the cheap devil. PUblicis, or whoever they want to be today, is stealing our kicker bonus.
Pfizer wins.

Why doesn't Pfizer hire us?
