PC3 TERRITORY IMPACT

Any news/thoughts on PC3 Territory Impact for the new Q4 division? The Sales Directors are scheduling to conduct 1:1s with the territory reps next week, any inside info on what’s going on? Thank you…

There is nothing positive about 'path transformation'. Many years ago I was laid off via a mass reduction of reps, and the first words out of my DM's mouth on my surprise early morning phone call was that the company was heading in a 'new direction'. What is funny is that I thought to my naive self, 'oh wow, this sounds exciting' until the HR rep joined in moments later.

I would agree with you -if we received an email the day before at 4:30 pm telling us to be on this call the next day, but since we were informed about it nearly two weeks before, I don’t think it’s going to be a “workforce reduction” call.

I don't care when you get the invite... Nothing good can come from a mass conference call on a Friday that no one knows what it's about.

Aren’t they just telling PC3s what their territories are? I didn’t think they were laying any PC3s off. Don’t they need all of them to sell the obesity indication?

I wouldn’t be surprised if reps who didn’t meet their reach & frequency metrics, and/or are in the bottom (81/100%) ranking get axed.

I've been saying it all along... It cracked me up when all those pc3 reps were beating their chests when they got obesity, and they didn't understand it was a death sentence. If there was ever a drug that didn't need a huge sales force this is it. It's already got a huge sales force. PC1&2 are already tripping over themselves.
They'll be zero coverage, you won't have samples, and doctors already know it's a weight loss monster. What do you think you're actually going to be doing? I thought they'd at least wait til the indication is out of launch mode before they start ripping off heads but maybe the fireworks will start early.

If anyone is going to get laid off it's going to be some of PC1and PC2. It's an absolute joke. We are already falling over each other. Sales absolutely suck and the shortage is worse than the company says. They have totally fucked this up.

Anybody have details on what call will be about today?
Mostly about initiatives to support LGBTQ+zyqvkl and other "marginalized" groups.

LOL, Marginalized? What an absolute joke of creating victims and those that victimize. Classic Marxist philosophy of the only way to rise up is to go from the perception of being oppressed to becoming the oppressor.

Repeat after me, "Four legs good, two legs bad..."

If you do not know that quote, you have my sympathy.
