Unless you can accept that there’s biting you can do with Jardiance & just hit your call metrics & treat it like your on vacation at work. Then you’ll be fine
 




It comes down to your manager like with most positions.

In PC3 the drugs are just old and there’s no real room for growth. So you are just floating along and hoping you get good goals or that you can weather the sucky goals.

There’s absolutely nothing you can do to grow your drugs at this point. And you’ll have a co-promote with BI reps and you’ll be in offices at the same time so you’ll block each other out some.

It’s just a pay check. Just know you aren’t going to come in to this role & actually make a difference in your numbers

No they are correct. EM is dead in PC. The orals are eating away at share. Lilly will carry EM through next year in PC & then is considering following Amgen’s lead & only promoting it with Neuro Spec,

PC3 product mix sucks badly. And the turnover rate in PC3 is alarming. Everybody is getting the F out of PC3.

Go check out how many people have left PC3 this year
 








PC3 is like being on death row.

Old, old products but high growth goals with no new info in years to grow these old, old products.

No one is happy. No one is excited. Can’t compete with Mounjaro.

Its dying in pc because pc3 reps cant promote anything no matter how many trainings you do. The pills are taking over because the pill reps are better than you. Pc3 is a placeholder till the BI contract ends

First of all, the comp plan is a 70/30 split with Jardiance/Emgality, respectively.

Second, during our conference call setting expectations for our district meeting, we spent about an hour & a half talking about Jardiance, and all the Jardiance workshops/role-playing we will be doing, and we discussed Emgality for literally the last 90 seconds of our conference call..This tells us everything we need to know about what Lilly really gives a damn about regarding what we should be spending the overwhelming majority of our time selling.
 




Hey good luck with just selling Jardiance. Oh is that what you call selling? Dropping off samples? I smell a reorg for you all. Thank God. You can’t sell Emgality . That’s why you won’t be. #worthlesssalesforce
 




If Lilly is anticipating and preparing for the end of the BI contract there's really no point to keep PC3 around. Everyday syneos chips away at that call total in the alliance contract once it's hit syneos and Jardiance is gone, why would you keep PC3 around?

Lay off pc3, syneos meets Lilly obligations with bi, layoff syneos. Jardiance is gone. EZPZ
