Anyone you have would be better than the POS that Region 7 had before. Good thing he left for Vertex. Best thing that ever happened to Genentech. Let's have a discussion about "MC Hammer" and how much he sucked.

SoCal DSMs - keep your mouths shut. No one is interested in what you have to say because we know that you and NW DSM are his "boys" So shut up and let real people talk about what he did.

Well, well, well, another JH hater. What truly amuses me is that your focus is still on JH and not that sinking ship you are on that is rapidly plunging into the ocean. This is akin to the movie Titanic except you have Oaks steering the ship and she doesn't know lattitude from longtitude, slalom with the icerbergs is over and the ship is rapidly reaching its descent. Quickly, the band will be playing and you will be plunging into the cold waters of the unemployment market, 1000 reps applying for every opening that pays at least half of what you make now. As the cold water reaches your nostrils, ask yourself "Am I better of then JH?" That brother is rolling large and he deserves it.

I hate the player that backstabs and screws people out of ignorance of how to more effectively play the game long term.

He might not be rolling large after the unfortunate folks at Vertex become enlightened on their new DSM in Southern California.
 






What is so funny about all of this, is that all of you have know idea how you dodged a bullet with Luck. Luck is on your side the freak (she) is gone, with the drama an psycho behavior that came with it.. At least with change you get a chance at stability of some kind

Very true, it will be a nice change to have an RSD that actually shows up to leadership meeting without calling in with cramps, or puppy issues at home. I was getting tired of her CC while she was on her Naperville veranda, dogs chirping in the background, while she is no doubt is raggy sweats. I just threw up in my mouth.

How brave are you? I see you're posting under the cloak of anonymity! Who are you to relentlessly defend JH? The man was given a poor performance rating at the end of 2009, he had a consultant who was hired to shadow him 24/7 to coach and counsel him on a daily basis and he applied for multiple internal positions and was denied.

So before you pull out the performance card and remind us of what great performance the region delivered, ask yourself this question. If his performance was so great, why did he get a poor rating? Because it's not all about performance, it's about performance AND behavior. Let's face it, yes his region performed well, and yes his behavior was horrible.

AMEN to that! His behavior was horrible. He killed morale in region 7 and drove off some of the best reps and managers I have ever seen. You have to UNDERSTAND the game to be a player of it. I am thankful that I will never have to deal with him, his cronies, or his girlfriend in LV ever again.
