OK so here's my question regarding the FSIP changes to PC/RST--

What happened to AZ values "Doing the right thing"?

I'm personally beginning to wonder if this is all talk to hide that they are doing the wrong thing! A sales organization that decides which script is valuable and what plan it should be written in for compensation.

Never heard of a bigger cluster since, oh wait Q3 -- Neighborhoods! WTF

Quit bitching about bonus. Hell, we don't deserve our salaries so any bonus we get is just adding to the insane over compensation. Do you really think anything you do is resulting in big sales changes in your territory? It is all a cluster fuck from the jump.

Amen and totally accurate! My lazy ass barely works 3 hours a day, so I agree with you in saying we don't really deserve our salary, let alone a bonus! I plan on faking basically 90% of my calls the rest of the week! You will never hear me bitching about a bonus payout!

I'm so sick of reps walking around like they do something important...we don't. I agree, the salary is enough and bonus is just insanity. But I do miss dropping the kids off in the AZ minivan.
 




The amount of money and effort going into make such a complex measuring system is insane. It does not provide any true incentive. It is playing a game where at the end someone arbitrarily decides who wins. (Pretty much the way it has always been, they are just hiding it better now). Likewise, SOR was good, Simon not bad, Matrix is terrible. Like FSIP, it is unreadable and meaningless. But at the end of it all, a bonus, no matter how derived at, is better than no bonus.
 




How do we get ranked at the end of the year? It's based on how much bonus you make. I'm concerned about rankings not a bonus check. Unfortunately, the system and the market is so complicated, I'm not sure how you can evaluate any representative efficiently.
