Why would anyone really take the time to promote this drug? We don't get paid fairly for our efforts.....

Brov pays their reps at 100% target 7600 per Qtr we are lucky to make that in a year! When is the next payout for Pmist?

Payout Fri, Hit 150% to goal will get 2500 (seg 1) 6 months after the fact= Sales OOOOOPs!

they better adjust these BS numbers from Q1, nobody trusts sales OOOOoops and their voodoo reports. Where the F*%K are the new goals? here is an idea- roll out fair goals in a timely manner. 10 FFACs later and its WORSE for the sales force! Nobody cares about the mylan spec sales force its obvious, but then they wonder why Epi and pmist arent growing by 20%... I can tell you what will grow; 2 weeks notices! more great RDs DMs Reps and RAMs to leave... wake up! BTW- What does SB do at home office? Anybody know?

To answer your question about SB, the answer is "nothing", there is no grey matter there. However, it is not his fault tht he is where he is.. JT brought him there. HB made a bad decision and got stuck with nobody to lead so SB is still there. I truly believe that this is a short term gig that all including sales are on! Get the resumes out soon!
