Payer Group-Worthless and average $250k year plus annual restricted stock payout.
I k ow they've thinned the heard but could contact this out and say million while not sacrificing formulary status.

Typically these guys have been around for a while and worked into these positions. They are compensated very well and seem to have no expiration date. True most big firms have trimmed the number of these roles it is still hard to believe that they make total compensation more the FVP's, for what- working out at the gym most the time.

The author is incorrect in the years of experience mentioned in the previous post. The issue with the Payer Marketing group is their lack of experience ....... they have not been around for years.......in fact, we have the youngest directors ever and some with no experience in their product area. Gone are the days where our directors had 2/3 successful launches under their belt. Right now we have directors with "none of the above"...that is the issue with this group and it shows in their failed strategies over the past years. The Oncology group is the only payer marketing group that has such experience. The company would best eliminate these Marketing groups and simply work directly with the BU's.

Younger, inexperienced........"Leaders".......get paid less....lower short term costs...........= GSK SALE

I hear these youngsters are all good at "playing business" since none have any "hands on" payer experience................all were hired and trained by the Lilly Guy MJ and are simply cronies of his and JB's stupid philosophies.......Mia has not seen this in her time here.....hopefully the new guy Truckenmiller learns the inexperience will be his downfall and take corrective action.

Ok reppies. What more do you need? 96% open access isn’t good enough for you? If we contact to block the competition why do we need you?

The answer is, you don't. Gotta remember with all our diversity hires (including generational), these boys, girls and whatever gender you want to be on a given day are used to having things easy. HS grades, college grades, being told how special and great they are by their mommies. Now you want them to sell with equal access? Oh, the humanity!

The Payer group..................or it is now called Market Access............has no more Directors in the Oncology group..............they all left! The new guy just brought on two new VP's.............the bloodshed is about to start!
