What is the pay like here now that JnJ took over? Also how is the atmosphere? I hear a lot of bad things but I would like to hear why it is so bad. Some of the reps in my area went to Sientra so I may try and jump on board. Any info would help.
pay is great. Sientra has been a flop in the industry at the moment. People who left made a bad emotional decision and are making less money and will continue to do so. Not to mention they walked out on a pension and have zero chance of getting back to any JNJ subsidiary.
