Hello,
I am currently in the midst of the interview process with ISI for a CSR position and we have not discussed pay as of yet. Can anyone share insight on the pay structure at Intuitive for CSRs?

You can't be serious! are you really that lazy and can't take the time to scroll through this board to find out that information. It is posted continously throughout.

Are you sure you are interviewing with ISI? Based on this , you definitely do not have the capacity to make it in ISI World.
 












Its approx 229K at plan. That does not include if you help to sell the capital component which can add to your income if a deal closes at a hospital that you are currently working at for a 2nd robot. If you do really well you can make 300K, and most bottom end reps still clear approx 200K. However everyone is expected to make plan and most reps will earn around the 230-250K amount.

Whatta Hardo...Nice spelling of continuously...You definitely have the capacity to make it in the ISI World...I bet your the type of guy to that walks around with cuff links on and drops the casual "My Docs" on people...Douche

He's definitely a Douche. I do take umbrage with the cuff links reference though.
